Initium Designs and Draughting (PTY) Ltd is situated in Deben
Northern Cape and specializes in design, draughting,
engineering services: manufacturing, bucket repairs, repair
and the installation of steel structures, as well as the
maintenance there-of.The business is 100% black owned by
Mr. Shane Cloete.lnitium Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd has a
dynamic work force which consists of qualified site managers,
boilermakers, fitters & turners, semi-skilled boilermakers,
semi-skilled fitters, assistants as well as three Safety officers.
We also have an office team consisting of a General
Manager, three Draughtsman’s, HR Officer, Finance
Administrator as well as Safety Administrator. Our engineering
and manufacturing services include conveyor, chutes, civil
and any structural designs as well as the refurbishment of
earth moving equipment.
